\u00bfLe apetece comer algo con sabor a fruta<\/strong>? El crumble de peras es un postre sencillo y r\u00e1pido de hacer que resulta delicioso si se aromatiza con whisky escoc\u00e9s<\/strong>. Para cuatro personas.<\/strong> Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: 20 minutos Tiempo de cocci\u00f3n<\/strong>: 25 minutos<\/p>\n

Ingredientes<\/h2>\n

4 peras<\/strong> bien maduras<\/p>\n

100 g de harina<\/p>\n

50 g de az\u00facar moreno<\/p>\n

100 g de mantequilla<\/p>\n

6 rebanadas de alaj\u00fa<\/strong><\/p>\n

5 cl de whisky<\/p>\n

Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n

  1. Precaliente el horno a 180\u00b0 y unte con mantequilla<\/strong> una bandeja para gratinar. Pele las peras, retire las semillas y c\u00f3rtelas en trozos de igual tama\u00f1o. Disponga las peras en una paella con 50 g de mantequilla y luego roc\u00edelas con whisky<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Tueste ligeramente las rebanadas de alaj\u00fa<\/strong> y desh\u00e1galas en trozos grandes.<\/li>\n
  3. Vierta progresivamente la harina, el az\u00facar y la mantequilla reblandecida cortada en dados en un bol grande. A\u00f1ada a continuaci\u00f3n el alaj\u00fa rallado. Trabaje suavemente la mezcla con las manos hasta que quede como una masa<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Ponga en la bandeja las peras cocidas y roc\u00edelas con el zumo de la cocci\u00f3n<\/strong> para preservar todos los aromas. Desmigaje la pasta de crumble y m\u00e9zclela con las peras.<\/li>\n
  5. Hornee durante 20 minutos.<\/li>\n
