La pimienta de Cayena y el whisky le aportan <strong>notas picantes y arom\u00e1ticas<\/strong> a un plato lleno de sorpresas gustativas. <strong>Para cuatro personas.<\/strong> <strong>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: 15 minutos <strong>Tiempo de cocci\u00f3n<\/strong>: 30 minutos<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">600 g de <strong>cordero de primera calidad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 pimiento rojo<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2 tomates bien maduros<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2 cucharadas soperas de concentrado de tomate<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 cebolla roja grande<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 diente de ajo<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 cuchara sopera de maicena (o harina)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 cuchara sopera de <strong>pimienta de Cayena<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 cuchara sopera de <strong>piment\u00f3n dulce<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">40 cl de cubitos de caldo<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">10 cl de whisky<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Aceite de oliva<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Sal y pimienta molida<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Corte finamente el pimiento<\/strong>. Quite la piel y las semillas a los tomates y c\u00f3rtelos en forma de peque\u00f1os dados.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: center;\">Ponga una cucharada sopera de aceite en una sart\u00e9n y <strong>dore a fuego medio<\/strong> el pimiento cortado. Luego a\u00f1ada los tomates cortados en dados. Baje la intensidad del fuego y sofr\u00eda a fuego lento las verduras.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Trocee el cordero en dados grandes<\/strong> de igual tama\u00f1o. Pele y corte a l\u00e1minas la cebolla roja. Ponga a calentar una cucharada sopera de aceite en una cazuela y sofr\u00eda unos minutos los dados de cordero. A\u00f1ada la cebolla cortada y la maicena. Deje sofre\u00edr el cordero hasta que adquiera un bonito color dorado.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: center;\">Pele y aplaste el diente de ajo y a\u00f1\u00e1dalo a la cazuela junto con el concentrado de tomate. Deje cocer algunos segundos y luego a\u00f1ada progresivamente el whisky. Deje que el whisky se evapore unos minutos y luego<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: center;\">A\u00f1ada el pimiento, el tomate y el caldo.
